Brain AIX may add additional authentication methods in the future.

Payments are processed by external providers, including Stripe. Subject to future changes.
Brain AIX does not directly store complete credit card or banking information. Financial information is handled by the respective payment processors in accordance with their own policies and security standards.
4. Use of third-party technologies
Brain AIX uses third-party tools, APIs, and infrastructure to operate and optimize the Platform.
These technologies may include artificial intelligence services, voice processing, storage, automation, and language processing.
Providers used include:
- OpenAI
- Gemini
- Deepgram
- Stripe
- Alibaba Cloud
The Platform's infrastructure and architecture may include private or non-public integrations.
5. Use of information
The information collected may be used to:
- Operate the Platform
- Generate responses and content through AI
- Improve features and user experience
- Train, optimize, and fine-tune internal systems
- Develop new tools and capabilities
- Personalize results and recommendations
- Resolve technical and security issues

Part of the information may be used in aggregated, anonymized, or technical form to improve the overall performance of the Platform.
6. Generated content and license of use
The user retains the rights to the content they upload or generate within the Platform, provided they hold the corresponding legal permissions.
By using Brain AIX, the user declares and warrants that they have the necessary rights, authorizations, or permissions over any content, image, voice, audio, or material used.
The user grants Brain AIX a broad, limited, and operational license to use, process, store, reproduce, and transform such content exclusively for purposes related to the operation, improvement, and functioning of the Platform.
The technologies, digital humans, internal systems, and models developed by Brain AIX remain the property of Brain AIX.
7. Voice, AI, and sensitive content
Brain AIX may enable tools related to:
- Voice cloning
- AI-generated content
- Adult conversations
- Creation of digital characters
- Automations and virtual agents
The user is solely responsible for how they use these tools and declares that they have the necessary authorizations where applicable.
Brain AIX does not endorse illegal activities, child exploitation, illegal extreme content, fraud, harm to third parties, or activities that endanger the integrity or safety of individuals.
If Brain AIX receives valid requests related to content or voices used within the Platform, it may restrict, suspend, or remove such content without prior notice.
8. Public and shared content
Some Brain AIX features may allow:
- Sharing public profiles
- Sharing content via links
- Publishing characters or generated content
The user accepts that any publicly shared content may be visible to other users or third parties.
9. Minors
Brain AIX is not intended for minors.
Use of the Platform is intended exclusively for people over 18 years of age, or for users with parental authorization and supervision where applicable law permits.
10. Data retention
Information may be retained while the account remains active.
If an account is deleted, some data may be kept temporarily in backups, technical logs, or security systems.
If the user expressly requests the complete deletion of their information, Brain AIX will make reasonable efforts to delete it within the applicable technical and legal limits.
11. International transfers
The infrastructure and servers used by Brain AIX may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions.
By using the Platform, the user accepts the international transfer, storage, and processing of their information.

Brain AIX implements reasonable security measures to protect user information.
However, no system is completely secure, and Brain AIX does not guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, leaks, attacks, or external failures.

Brain AIX may send communications related to:

The user may request to stop receiving certain promotional communications where technically possible.

Brain AIX acts exclusively as a technology provider.

Brain AIX will not be liable for:

- Unauthorized use of voices, images, or content
- Decisions made based on AI-generated results
- Actions of third-party providers
- Indirect damages or damages arising from use of the service
16. Changes to this policy
Brain AIX may modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
